Product Description

Surtek 3626 is a one-component, moisture-curable, polyurethane-based, elastic-meric adhesive joint sealant. After curing, it provides a permanently elastic bond to fasten materials with different coefficients of expansion.The sealant is solvent free,environmental friendly.

Characteristics

1. Good Adhesion to a wide range of substrates.
2.Cures rapidly to a permanently elastic consistency with excellent cut and tear resistance.
3.Solvent free, not odor.
4.Surface paintable with water, oil, and rubber based coatings.
5.Non-corrosive.

When stored at the recommended conditions in original, unopened containers, this product has a shelf life of 9 months (cartridge), 6 months (sausage).

The recommended storage temperature is 5-25°C, humidity is <50% RH. It is strictly prohibited that the transportation or storage temperature is over 30°C or the humidity is over 80% RH. And high-temperature container transportation is prohibited as well.

1.Are you manufacturer?
Yes. Our company-COMENS, is the only and the largest company producing polyurethane sealant in China. We have three factories in China-two in Beijing and one in Nantong, Jiangsu.

2.Do you accept Private / Customized Label/Package?
Yes. We accept OEM for customers. However,your order quantity should be no less than our package supplier's MOQ.

3.Can I get a sample before order?
Of course. Generally, we provide 1-3 pieces free samples for your test and the freight shoule be covered by you.

4.How to get samples from your company?
Generally, we send samples by TNT, UPS, FedEx.

5.How long you will finish my order?
It depends on your order quantity. Generally,it takes 1-3 days for samples ,while takes 1-2 weeks for mass production.
